- Chad was born and raised in Alberta, in a family with strong ties to the farming communities in the province. Chad grew up embracing the rich culture and heritage that our region provides. He is often found in the local farmers markets sampling products from both regional and national venues. Cooking has always been a part life for Chad, as he grew up in his father’s kitchens, and under his guidance gained an appreciation for the importance of fresh products, and knows that though elegance is definitely important, no matter who your clients are, food that is simple, hot, and on time will always be the hallmark of a good meal. Bolster’s Catering is now in its second generation of service, but is still very much a family business. Chad and his family hope that in the very near future they will be able to provide you with professional catering with a family feel.
