We offer both in home catering as well banquet style meal. The menu suggestions below are just that a suggestion. Please feel free to contact us if you want something specific or a variation of what we have listed. Hopefully This small sample will give you a a good example of what we can offer.


WEDDING BUFFET MENUS

Our buffet menus are our most popular meals that we serve at Weddings.  All items can be changed to suit your tastes and budget.  Feel free to create your own perfect meal from the suggestions given below.  Even if a dish is not listed, and it is your favourite, speak up and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.  If you have a special recipe, let us know, if you can cook it, so can we!!  If there are any items listed here which you are not sure about, please ask.  We want to create a perfect meal for your special day!!

BARBECUE MEALS

All our steaks are cut from Grade AAA, Alberta Beef which means that they are lean and very good.  We make our own beans, no canned beans for our valued customers!! They are truly delicious and complement all barbecues, perfectly. Vegetarians can also be accommodated with a variety of choices. This is very important, especially in large groups. It is also important with large groups to have alternates, such as salmon and/or chicken for the guests who don't eat red meat.

CHEF TO CARVE

For those who prefer to have a chef on site to carve the beef, the price is $150.00. For crowds over 200, you will require 2 buffet lines and 2 chefs.


HEAD TABLE SERVICE

Plate Service for the Head Table Guests is available for $125.00 for up to 10 guests. Additional guests will be invoiced at $5.00 per person.
